Dar JL is the perfect venue for exceptional parties for up to 100 guests, we can create events for you or work alongside you as wedding and event planners. We have a highly experienced team to look after you and plan your celebrations, but also your visits to the souks of Marrakech or perhaps to the mountains. Our highly experienced chefs will work with you to plan your meals and catering.

DarJL or Domaine DarJL (the JL being the initials of the owners and dar being a name like ‘manor’ or ‘estate’) is an oasis of green grandeur, of lush palms, bougainvillea, clematis, roses, herb gardens.
DarJL has 11 bedrooms in four different buildings…. there is a villa of master suite and three en-suite bedrooms; another of four suites; a tower with views over the High Atlas and two bedrooms and then a studio apartment overlooking a wide waterfall supplied pool, maybe a place for one of the wedding parties?

Each of the rooms is individually designed by photographer owner Lisen and her team of Moroccan and Scandinavian architects.
The manger of DarJL, who speaks English, Swedish, Arabic and French and is happy to assist with all the planning.
DarJL could supply all the ingredients for the parties. We have our own fine kitchen with chefs trained in Morocco and France. The chefs have experience of many past parties and how to create a romantic atmosphere; how to set a wedding ceremony in the olive groves and citrus orchards; how to create a bridal entrance that would be the pinnacle of any bride’s dreams.
